    So says the guy who filed 5000 lawsuits while head of EEOC that did a lot of people a lot of good. His thinking hasn't changed, and I haven't really seen a legit argument that he's wrong. Calling him "Uncle Tom" just isn't much of an argument at all, is it? (rhetorical question)

    He's always been very clear on disliking racial preferences of any kind, be they directed at minorities or the reverse. His book was excellent, by the way.
