I can't log onto this site using Firefox for whatever reason. Anyone else have this problem? I type in the right username, password, everything. It even shows that log in box where it says "you have been successfully logged in, waiting a moment" or something like that, but I don't get logged on. I tried logging on from the home page too but it didn't work either.

I'm using Internet Explorer right now btw, that's how I'm typing this...

Unfortunately the speed difference on my computer from Firefox to Internet Exlporer is quite drastic, with the latter being slow as hell.

It's a problem with cookies, I had it too. Go to documents and settings, application data, mozilla, firefox, profiles, whatever your profile is.

    Delete cookies.sqlite, they're probably corrupt.

I used to have this problem, and I think someone else did too. I think it's something with the cookies.

Yeah well I went to application data and don't see any of the files you've listed...

    No Mozilla file.

Try ctrl-shift-delete in Firefox and then delete only your cookies. You'll have to log in to all the sites you visit again, but that'll clear all the cookies.

You can also open firefox preferences, click on Privacy tab, then the "Show Cookies" button. From there you can find all the S2 cookies and delete them without deleting all your other ones.

The problem clearly describes a cookie issue. You log in, the site sets a cookie in your browser, "thanks for logging in" and then the next page doesn't see that the cookie was set.

It's possible that some firewall software installed on your computer is blocking the setting of cookies as well.

    You have hidden files showing?

    C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\

Change administrator to whatever your username is. Then click on the profile that's there. Then you can find the cookies file.

Dumping it that way doesn't always work. I had trouble with sites logging me off, and I had to manually clear it.

The ctrl+shift+delete one, or the manual one? Good to hear.

Alright. Try closing firefox, and coming back to S2, and see if you're still logged in.
