This is great news for the Cavs, they're looking pretty strong at the guard spots now. Mo Williams, Boobie, West, Pavlovic and Szczerbiak, along with Kinsey too. It will be interesting to see how MB distributes the floor time amongst them. I guess he'll have to cut out either Pavs or Wally from the rotation, so they will have to be at their best at training camp to remain in the rotation.

Since West was seeking $5m, the Cavs have probably given it to him, as they have seen the devastating effect of people missing training camp. Furthermore, if he took the qualifying offer, he would quite possibly leave for nothing next season. I still wouldn't be surprised if he is used as bait alongside Szczerbiak in order for the Cavs to land a star at the trade deadline, but I hope he stays, he is a good player and a valuable clutch shooter.

Solid re-sign for the Cavs at a reasonable price tag and length of contract. Delonte was a nice change of pace guard for the Cavs last season, and he's valuable because he backs up either guard spot. The Cavs have a balanced backcourt for once.

    Mo Williams - Slasher
    Boobie - Shooter
    West - Combo Guard

However, it will be odd not seeing Eric Snow on the sidelines.
