I saw the play when it happened. He got thrown to the grown with some pretty hefty momentum and wouldn't let his teammates help him up initially. He waited a little bit...and then had them pick him up. Tough city.
Thats what I like about hin that he's really tuff and isn't scared to get hit. He is a one tuff SOB. But he is a good TE.
Yeah, he is. I remember his rookie year, he got his jaw wired shut... and still went out and played the next game. Supposedly, that was when Parcells fell in love with him. Tough SOB is the exact way to describe Witten.
