Not the greatest card they have some big name fighters but they are facing B level fighters betting wise no use betting on these fights unless you do parlays on the fights since the betting lines to large only place that does parlays is 5 Dimes Read all the match up reports for Strikeforce on Sept 20th http://www.fighting-mma.com/articles/2008/strikeforce-at-the-playboy-mansion.php
I'm trying to go to this event, but my ticket hookup is leaving me in the dark. How is it there from past years? Do they set up on the lawn or something?
I believe the previous one was on the lawn because it's the best place to set up seats etc. if you get your hookup, make sure to take pics and post'em here
I would like to see how misaki does vs Joe Riggs and I'd like to see Ishida's fight too. Speeds, is this going to be on the Fight Network?

Ugh, that was uneventful. I don't know if anybody watched but a great night of fights it wasn't. I kept watching expecting to see something but the fights actually got worse as the night wore on. The main event was miserable. The strangest thing about these Strikeforce shows at the Playboy Mansion is that they are incredibly tame. I mean, if you're going to do something at the Mansion, make it sexy. Otherwise what the hell is the point? It's like that Weezer video at the Mansion where it might as well be filmed at a bus station for all the good they make of their location. Josh Thompson is a good fighter but this was a pointless bout for him. Ditto for Misaki and Ishida.
