I can see the system being abused for the sake of accuracy (which sounds weird), where people go to UserCP and see Rep: Hey you suck and you're a dumbass -GMJ There are posts that you disagree with and that's fine, but then there are posts where the person says something egregiously off base, and those require communication as an inspiring post would.

OR We got back a step, and I accept that the purpose of this system is just to provide an additional means of communication. Ok, then everyone's rep power should be the same, "points" should be discarded since they have no purpose, and only the comments should be provided in the usercp.
