That's just my opinion from reading about the case and watching how Kobe acted. Like I said I can't say for sure Kobe is a rapist but IMO it sure looked like he was. I can't say what percent unless there was a trial and see all the facts.

I'm not your reference librarian. Besides, I already gave that YouTube post.

It's seems your opinion is that Kobe is innocent. So, what is the difference when my opinion is that he is probably guilty.

I think the accuser acted more dubious if anything, that's why.

I declare maxiep an expert, with my expertise in declaration of experts. :P

Therefore, we can in fact come to the conclusion that Bill Clinton did in fact lie about his sexual acts with Monica Lewinski.

I'm sorry but I am no longer willing to enlighten any damn Dolphins, I`m tired of their disrespect and the way they constantly mock me.

I agree with your post. I think it is fair that one draws a conclusion about OJ because all the relevant evidence was laid out in trial (although why the prosecution didn't present the Bronco chase is beyond me). I just happen to come to a different conclusion than the jury.

The Kobe case . . . we know that a grand jury listened to all the evidence from the prosecition and decided there was enough to bring charges. But the public really doesn't know what all the evidence is.

Sometime within the last few months Kobe was asked about Lebron and his "domination" of the east. Kobe's response was something along the lines of "Put me in the east and see what happens". Lebron's team isnt shit, sure it relies on Lebron but the team isnt total chopped liver. If you put Kobe on that team it would more or less be the same team they have now. A team that took the Celtics to seven games...

If it is true that Lebron really wants to leave and be in the big market and on a better team then you have to look no further than the Lakers. The Nets and Knicks dont even come close to the Lakers when it comes to the brighter future. If/when CLE realizes that Lebron is leaving no matter what team they build around him then it would be smart to try to trade him for Kobe to keep the momentum they have...Losing Lebron and getting nothing in return would be devastating for CLE.

Kobe is going to have a player option after this upcoming season where he will probably want the max of something like 6yr-150mil. We all know Kobe has the Ego where if he isnt completely appreciated he will be bitter and might get the "Ill show them" attitude and agree to a trade. This will be the only time in his career past or present where he can get traded and not gut the team he is going to.

Lebron will love it because he can get to change to a big market team AND still get a max contract. Something that isnt possible if he just decides to go out on the FA market.

Do you know what the evidence was...Kobe admitting to having sex with the girl, and a girl claiming she was raped...A persons GF has as much evidence of their BF raping them as much as this girl had on Kobe

Other than the fact that I've never had to pay one of my "GFs" after sleeping with them, and certainly not enough to buy a house.

Again, his actions speak more loudly than his words.

So the fact that he just wanted the situation to go away and X amount of dollars (which is a drop in the bucket to him) would accomplish that is an admission of guilt? I though jurors calling you guilty is when you were guilty

As opposed to admitting, in open court, that looking back, he could "see how she might think it wasn't consentual..."

You know, it's okay to admit he's a rapist. At least we Blazer fans accepted the people wearing our laundry were druggies, misogynists and nanny-rapers. We didn't like them and demanded change.

Laker fans seem hell-bent to defend the deplorable actions of their leader.

From what I read about Kobe's proclivities in the questioning on thesmokinggun.com, he likes to pretend he's poking the little Kobe in exactly that area.

I actually think your the one being homerish on this subject. You guys WANT Kobe to be a rapist. The would be the crown jewel of ammo against him. Obviously Im not saying you want a woman raped but I think you understand what Im trying to say.

I am not a Kobe jocker by any means. He plays great basketball for the only team I care about in all professional sports....thats it. I would be the first Lakers fan to say"Send that fucking rapist to jail" if I actually thought he did it. I have never heard anything that makes me think it was rape rather than adultery.

PS. Still waiting for that link BlazerWookie
