    Who do you think are the best captains in the NHL?

    We'll discuss the GOAT's later but for now, who are the guys that inspire, lead, push and well, captain, teams in the NHL the best.

    I've put of few names in the poll but this is wide open.

    Is your home town guy the ultimate captain? Or is there someone across town you wish were representing your team?

    It was close between Lidstrom and Iggy but I went with Lids. Definition of a leader.

    I went with Iggy.

    It was between him and Vince for me.

    Both had less to work with the Nik but Vince has the hardware.

    I just like Iggy and upon further reflection, I should have gone with Lecavalier.

    I dont want to be a homer, but I vote Lids. I think its becouse he learned how to lead under Yzerman.

    And for GOAT C's....well lets just say you dont get the nickname The Captain for nothin
