kaman is going to have a lot to prove this year offensively. seeing as he is the main post scorer now (he was the unofficial one last season), he has to prove that he can remain just as productive. but if we do get a kaman 2.5 as the article is suggesting then i will have no problem with that, seeing as his defense will still be good.
With Baron drawing a lot of attention and his great passing skills, I see Kaman getting more open looks and opportunities than last season. EDIT: I'm a Futurama fan, myself!
He really doesn't get enough praise. It was always about Brand, Maggette, Livingston and whoever else on the team. Last season Kaman averaged 16 points and 13 rebounds; VERY good numbers. Sure the Clippers were a disappointing team, but rarely did you hear about Chris Kaman. He needs to be recognized as one of the rising bigs in the league.
definitely but before getting overconfident, we have to remember that is what livy was for and livy has been injured. and with baron having past injury problems i wake up at night in a cold sweat sometimes. i guess thats why they brought hart over. he nearly led them to a playoff spot a few seasons back. i've never been sold on j-will. one of the best cartoon shows ever no doubt. zapp brannigan always makes me laugh Zapp Brannigan: The key to victory is discipline, and that means a well made bed. You will practice until you can make your bed in your sleep. Fry: You mean while I'm sleeping in it? Zapp Brannigan: You won't have time for sleeping, soldier, not with all the bed making you'll be doing.
qft. i was getting tired of how overrated maggette was getting. dont get me wrong i he was a favorite but outside of getting to the foul line and driving he could never defend, shoot, make necessary, competent decisions, etc. and brand is actually underrated imo. its just that somehow he overshadowed a top 8 center in the league somehow.
Corey was great on Pimp My Ride....I mean...nevermind But you are right, Corey is overrated. He's great at getting to the line and finishing, but that IS about it. His shooting is streaky, defense is average, and never really put himself in the position to be a leader.
Kaman is going to get double because Camby is no threat. All Camby wants to do is jack up 20 foot shots. On the rare occasions that Camby decides to attack the rim, there is a very good chance that he'll blow the layup.
