agreed, I definitely see Lebron bouncing from Cleveland in a couple years.

I only read that little quote posted, and not the whole thing. But Dwyane Wade omitted the part about how Lebron James is coming to Miami in 2010. Wade knows it, Lebron knows it, and the crowd knows it.

What makes you think that? Miami isn't half the market New York is, plus I thought he always was in love with Brooklyn? :dunno:

Lebron doesn't need a massive market to make tons of money. You just don't when you're that good.

Lebron + Wade + Beasley + (Gordon, Chandler, etc.?) = Championships.

I just don't see Lebron going to New York to try to resurrect the unfixable, or go to New Jersey, and try to lift a bad team.

And while you don't see LeBron doing that, I don't see him going to Miami. The Heat would be in financial hell if they did that. Wade is already making the max and is up for extension the same time LeBron is and Beasley will likely demand a ton of cash around that same time. There's no way that that's going to work, at the very least from a financial aspect, especially if you want to surround your All Stars with solid role players.

I agree with this. The most logical places for him are New York or New Jersey

Where are the Jersey fans creaming their underwear (no pants) for Lebron?

Miami's giving max money to someone in 2010. That is all part of their rebuilding plan. This is the same team that gave Shaq a 3 year - $60 million extension when it was clear that he was toast.

Money is not a real issue when you have Lebron on your team. When you have Wade/Lebron/Beasley as your core, you are going to be able to attract a lot of good players on the veteran minimum. And even with that, you could probably put the worst 9 players on the 98-99 Bulls (only scored 49 points in a game once!) and still be one of the best teams in the league.

The Bulls if they make capspace are the other team (if they turn things around and make the playoffs) that might be able to lure Lebron away. I just don't see New York or New Jersey being any good by 2010. I think Lebron is Miami's to lose, and the favorites by a long shot.

Nets, Knicks, and Heat are the players for Lebron so far, in terms of teams who have come out, and made the moves necessary to be 2010 players. Out of those three teams, Miami is the best, and obviously provides the best place to live!

He's not going to New Jersey, he's going to Brooklyn.
Yes, LeBron has said that his favorite city is NYC and his favorite borough is Brooklyn.
Jay-Z is his business partner somewhat and he co-owns the Nets.
    Devin Harris.

I'm sure the Knicks will welcome D-Wade if plan A fails.

...LeBron said that he wanted to be the first billionaire athlete, so he will consider places like NY (Manhattan or Brooklyn), & Los Angeles (because of the marketing) over a place like Miami

I'm surprised there isn't more buzz about LeBron James ending up in Los Angeles. Lakers have a track record of stealing franchise players away.
