Ho hum, off season always gets lame threads like this. BUT.....I am probably proud of my set of Dairy Queen Blazers glasses from the early 90s..the complete set. I should really put it on display...but I don't want to ship them back to my parent's house in Oregon (converted my childhood bedroom into a blazers shrine) Also have a full bottle of 7-up from 1977...the championship bottle. Autographed "Rip City Rhapsody" tape by Porter, Young and Kersey Signed Drexler Olympic Jersey
Autographed Clyde Drexler poster. 1977 Championship 7-up bottles (unopened). Full set of Dairy Queen glasses. Very first edition of Rip City magazine. Full set of recent bobbleheads lots of other random stuff.
A SIGNED picture of B&B in a Blazer thong! But seriously, A copy of the radio call of the championship game on vinyl. It's got a great picture of Walton on the cover. I have had it signed by Mr. Walton, coach Jack Ramsey, Maurice Lucas, the Schonz of course.
I too still have the records and mine are signed by the Schonz. Nothing like the Equitable Savings jingle. I have an autographed ball from the 88-89 season, along with a championship mug signed by Lloyd Neal.
My phone is able to record audio and make it a ring tone. I have the Schonz saying, "It's Rip City time baby...... pick up the phone" as one of my ringers. And Wheelz saying, "BOOM SHAKALAKA"!
I have a framed Greg Oden jersey. I got it at the rally in Pioneer Square. In some of the AP photos you can see me reaching over the 3 or 4 people in front of me (I'm 6'5" so I have a long reach) as he is signing it. I have a ton of Sabonis stuff... Bobblehead, probably every blazers produced sabas poster, a t-shirt from his basketball school in Lithuania, counterfeit Sabonis Jersey from the Philippines, Lithuanian Sabonis Jersey, probably a ton of things I am forgetting... 10th row seats to the home opener this year!!!
I got my Dairy Queen Blazer glasses, but they aren't on display or anything I've been drinking out of them for like 12 years. I also have a ton of Franz trading cards from when they were giving you those in your bread. I also have about 5 media guides that my uncle gave me from when he was running the shot clock. Its like a Blazer bible, you can look up anything you want to about the team.
The only thing I have is a Brandon Roy sneaker from his breakout game in Denver his rookie season. Big, long, drags from that pit of heaven every other hour. Creeps my wife out.
Seriously, an armband that Wallace threw into the crowd that I caught. It's embroidered with 'Sheed.'
I have all the Dairy Queen glasses as well. They are dope. Especially Duck fishing. I love my authentic Drexler jersey. It's too small for me now, but it's hanging on my "man room" wall.
I've got a complete set of the original US dream team playing cards . . . I wonder if that is worth anythig? Other than that a TO signed pair of trailbazer basketball shoes, a webster signed jersey, a team signed basketball from 2001.
