Chambers has been huge for the passing game since coming over last season. The chemistry between Rivers and Chambers on the deep ball is incredible. We don't need Chambers to be a possession receiver if he can continue to be a deep threat. With Vincent Jackson and Antonio Gates also on the opposite end of Rivers' throws, teams just can't afford to adjust to Chambers.

I can't believe he was available for a 2nd round pick and the Eagles didn't even make a pitch...

I'd trade Trevor Laws for Chris Chambers any day of the week.

If Laws develops into a good pass rusher, no, you wouldn't.

Up until last season, Chambers was known as "50-50" Chambers. Meaning, when you threw him the ball, 50% of the time, he'd come away with it. Not good. Last season, I don't have the numbers... but it surely looked a lot better.

There was a reason he was available for a 2nd. Because at the time, that was all, really, he was worth... a late 2nd from a team desperate to add WR help.

I doubt Laws will ever impact the game as much as Chris Chambers.

The thing about Chambers is that he never had a stable quarterback to throw him the ball, and he was always under uncertainties in Miami, not to mention most of the time he was there, the team stunk.

Chambers has done a great job in San Diego hasn't he? He seems more than capable of being a #1 receiver on the Eagles.
