What kind of output from Harris would you be satisfied with? I'm hoping for solid defense, 17 points, 6.5 assists / game

Yeah, um, no he won't be. Maybe top 10, but that's even a stretch.

I'm looking for great tempo control and knowing when to use his speed and when not, getting the ball up quickly in the shot clock to maximize a possession, recognition of who has the hot hand and determination to find that person either directly or indirectly, good assist/turnover ratio (not trying to do too much as a playmaker or penetrator), great defense, good opportunistic 3-point shooting (38% or better), and that infectious bounce and energy (which I know will be there). If he does those things on most nights, his numbers will come and so will team success.

he is not a top 5 PG yet. He isnt better than Paul, Deron Williams, Nash, Parker, and probably even Billups and Kidd. He is top 10 tho. With that said, I expect 17 points, 8 assist, and 2 steals and possibly a Eastern Conference All Star reserve behind..idk who because all of the good PGs are in the West. so maybe he can start! lol

    All good points.

I looked forward to a few one man fast breaks. Utilizing his speed in the open court is a must. I'd also like to see how he does on 2 and 3 man breaks. Does he know who should get the ball? And when it should be delivered? Can he pull the defender to him, if it's a 2 on 1, leaving his teammate open for an easy lay-up? All things that Kidd excelled at, and things that I'd like to see Harris try to do.
