http://www.nypost.com/seven/10022008/sports/knicks/lee_holds_early_edge_over_curry_131747.htm Apparently Lee has an edge over Curry on a starting spot. And he's have to be a starter to justify a larger contract. Is he worth busting up the Knicks or any teams potential cap space? -Petey
depends really. i cant see the knicks offering him alot because they are trying to SHED salary, but maybe im wrong. sadly the only way they could be able to shed unwanted salary is to include lee in a deal with them.
The thing with Lee, is that you want to keep him cause he is a hustler and hard worker....however, if his price is too high, then you ship him out.
It depends on his market value. He's a hard worker and a guy who can get you a double-double even off the bench. If he starts and gets 33+ minutes this season, don't be surprised to see him put up around 15/11. Word has it that he's also developing a jumper. If he ever gets that down pat, he'll be pretty serviceable. I won't mind paying him something like $35-40M/5 years.
