Your Mourning pick was pretty solid actually, Zo is underrated and I love his defense.

Because Mourning and DRob were picked ahead of him :)

Denny your claims of Walton being so much better than Robinson is absurd. It's a coin flip between the two.

    Stop the DRob hate :tsktsk:

I was really hoping Bob Lanier would fall to me in this round. Now its most likely that I'll be finishing this draft without a Celtic legend and the one basketball legend of my beloved employer, St. Bonaventure University.

Zo was another on my short list...................excellent defense, toughness, and a solid offensive player when he was in in his prime in Charlotte and Miami.

LMAO Huevon, you do know there are about 4-5 ERA's where the NBA/ABA existed before this one ;)

LMAO Talk about sticking to your guns, Huevon must not believe wikipedia or any of the stat sites since that there was basketball before 1995. Like taking modern day players with every pick defeats the purpose of even signing up for this.

Just to clarify, not defend, but I think Huevon is trying to make the point of "what if" the modern players he picked played at the same pace as back then. I think back then they platyed faster, which would benefit his team, plus his team is stronger physically then most were back then.

At least I think that is his point.

No because in a modern day draft I wouldn't be able to draft these people on the same team... Plus a lot of the big guys are gone if you haven't noticed... ;)

These players are getting undervalued simply because they aren't hall of famers yet (career accomplishment based on years played not talent), or don't have some corny statue/logo made in their honor that the NBA pounds into your memory.

Indeed, various stats are quite diluted back then and it is not my problem if someone thinks old bum X is better than Amare.

Hell, Dirk isn't even off the table yet and he's better than various Forwards selected before him.
