IMO, Sunday's game is a make or break point for us. We need to come out and win that game. If we don't, we're looking at going into 4-1 Buffalo and then over to London for the Saints, before we have a bye. We can't afford to lose any of these games.

Cassell looked vulnerable in the redzone, it has to do with growing pains of course.

The Chargers are still talented, I expect a good game next week if your QB situation is ok.

Chargers are too talented of a team not to recover.

    You should beat New England.

With how talented we are, it speaks volumes to how pathetic our coaching staff is. Most coaches would kill for the talent level of this team, yet we can't seem to put together a full 4 quarters of football. It's fucking embarrassing.

You had a couple of games that could have gone either way though. Has the coaching staff really messed up this year?

They've messed up in the sense that...Norv doesn't run to the outside (one of Tomlinson's strength), he is insistent on going up the middle. Teams have figured out our running game with ease. Tomlinson's big TD run this year? He busted it to the outside. Nothing big up the middle.

As for Ted Cottrell and our defense. He's a fucking moron. Why play Cromartie in a zone/prevent defense? He's a man on man defender. He plays CB like a WR. He's got awesome ball skills, let him play man. The one game Cottrell let Cro be Cro, he had a pretty damn good game.

The coaches have a lot of the blame on them, factored into our tough breaks so far.

I'm just happy Tomlinson has stepped up and called the team out. Last year when Merriman did that after we lost to Jacksonville, we ran the table and didn't lose until the AFC Championship game.
