    - Felix Jones needs more touches. Its as simple as that.
    - Adam Jones will a several near INTs
    - Ellis record the first Dallas INT of the season
    - Ware extends his consecutive games with a sack streak to 8. IIRC, the record is 10 or 11.
    - No pressure was created until we needed it the most: at the end. This needs to change
    - Teams aren't fooled by the constant draws/delays.
    - Crayton drops another ball. How can someone with such good hands continue to do this. Parcells always said he had to be on Crayton's case for mental lapses.
    - Witten continues to bail us out.
    - Teams are taking away our vertical passing attack. Specifically, with Owens. Garrett needs to make adjustments. Austin and company need to step up.
    - Romo extends consecutive games with an INT to 8.
    - He fumbled again
    - Played poorly

Romo has to be one of the most interesting players to watch. He struggled the entire game; played like crap, and still managed to throw 3 TD passes.

Brian Stewart's schemes are garbage. Based on our personnel we shouldn't have to keep scoring 28+ points per game to beat people.

    Agree Jigga.

The soft coverages are annoying. Though Jones was playing tight coverage today in man 2 man.... and he responds with his best game. Not a coincidence. Jones is a man coverage corner; play him as such. And my god, the zone defense in the red zone is terrible. If we are going to get beat; go down with an aggressive coverage, please!

Doesn't the offense look a lot different with Felix in there?

That's some speed at RB; WR with Owens/Austin... and the big plays show up. Nothing against Barber (he's still the better running back), but the offense seems more explosive with Felix in there.

I can't believe we don't try and run some screens with him.

lol I was thinking of that exact play today when I was typing it out: the TD pass to the left side, correct?

We're playing too soft, and I noticed on a Bengals 3rd down conversion (when Benson ran on 1st and 2nd down, and then picked it up on the 3rd), we had our CB's playing close. "Ok finally" I thought, until Anthony Henry moved about 5 yards off Chad Johnson. Well, sure enough Benson runs to his side and picks up the first down, and I can't help but think that Henry could have made the tackle a couple of yards back had he not played off.

I'm also glad that Ware and Ratliff are getting sacks, but other than that I'm not seeing the pressue that I'd like. When we first got Wade his saving grace was that he'll use LB blitzes from many different positions...well so far we're rushing Ware and our DL and that's really it.

We do need more Felix Jones. I'm seeing way too many 1-2 yard runs from Barber. We need to split the carries a little bit more to keep them on their toes.

If I remember correctly, Jones had more yards, and more touchdowns but on less carries.

Ellis has fallen off a lot since last year in terms of generating pressure. Ware didn't apply much pressure today either. And our inside LBer blitzes get picked up rather easily.

Henry has looked sloooow this season. He's always been a little slow; but he makes up for it more often than not. He has played poorly this year. Jones and Newman need to start. Work Henry in the nickel (he goes outside; Newman inside)....

Romo must learn to play good when pressured because he makes easy mistakes and that was the reason why the Giants beat the Cowboys last year in the playoffs. Also yea Felix need more touches. Barber had another good game too. But it was good to see that Romo got it going in the fourth quarter where it mattered the most. It was a sloppy win but it was a win. lol.

    Bacon!!!!!!

I agree. I think part of the problem is Romo staying in the pocket too much. Last year, when things broke down, he created plays by buying time with his feet. It seems that has stopped; he's trying to be a strict pocket passer, when in reality, he is best at improvising.

Romo must secure the ball when he scrambles or else another fumble in his part. But lately Barber and Romo have had some fumbles but luckely the cowboys recover some of them.

Agreed. I guess my thought was more... let's get Romo on the move again, creating...

He did that pretty well the 06 season and the 07 season. He doesn't seem to be doing it much this year, as he has concentrated on becoming more of a pocket passer. And he's having success with it... but I think he is better suited to getting him out, moving, creating on the go.

Mistakes will come with it: for sure.

    But so will big plays.

And he has shown an ability to make more big plays than mistakes...
