One thing I really like about him is that he's a mean SOB on the court. He really fouled a Sacto player hard last night and didn't even blink. Nor did he bother to help the poor guy up. He's a very tough guy on a team with some players that need more toughness. I think he's going to be a good example. He reminds me of the Baby Gansta- Nick Van Exel.
Great example attitude-wise and size-wise. Completely different style of play, though. He's already put more effort into defense than Van Exel ever did.
I was watching the game on league pass last night and I thought Jerry Reynolds had a great comparison for Jerry Bayless. He said he reminds him a lot of Steve Francis skill wise. My favorite line last night was when Reynolds, after Oden grabbed another offensive rebound and dunked it, said "Someone might want to find that guy and put a body on him" Then his broadcasting partner said " Sadly, I think they are trying to do that." Then Reynolds returned with "Shaq 2.0, look out when he is actually in shape"
