Haha I forgot we had a game today. :]

Not sure if I can update, I've got some stuff I need to straighten out.

And Mamba is having an orgasm with the Chargers.

Well, I watched it at a cajun restraunt and from what I saw there were some good points.

Starting lineup with Radman, rather than Trevor OR Lamar, was pretty damn good. Vlad has really played well this preseason on BOTH ends of the court, and is hustling. Kobe faked the crap out of Salmon...Pau and Bynum together has looked better. The rooks still play like rooks. Powell is the guy I would keep, tonight he was making his shots and rebounding. Lamar still isn't really doing anything on the offensive end, but had a good rebounding night.

    Anything I missed?

I thought Pau and Bynum looked better than they have so far. The spacing was much better with Vlad starting. I have to believe that Vlad will stop playing well once the regular season starts. His play so far has just been too good to be true.

Lamar with the 2nd unit seems to make more and more sense.

Lamar will be with the second unit eventually, or he won't be a Laker. Phil is hell bent on getting that done.

Radman might be the best option at the SF position with Bynum and Gasol on the floor. I've been pleasently surprised by his effort on both ends of the court. Obviously he won't be the ideal matchup defensively against the premiere wing players in the league, but the spacing looked better with Radman keeping his defender honest out on the perimeter.

Our depth at SF should be a real strength for us this season. Each player provides a unique skillset to the position and PJax has a lot of options to experiment with.

Yeah Vlad has looked great so far. He's hitting his shots and putting a lot of effort in defensively. I'm kind of surprised. I thought he just took the offseason off like Lamar, but it seems like he really worked on his game.

Vlad had some spectacular nights last year. On offense I'm not surprised with what he has accomplished recently.

Gasol and Bynum is going to work, no doubt about it. The Kings had no idea who to focus on defensively and it led to a lot of easy baskets. Gasol looked really fluid in the post and was decisive with his offense, unlike the NBA Finals.

I'm curious to see what type of pace the Lakers play once the season starts. They've been very aggressive pressuring the ball and gambling to go for steals. I'm not sure if they're doing it because it's the preseason, or they're going to do this the entire season because they have two 7 footers defending the rim?

A lot of teams are going to struggle to keep up with our scoring this season.
