He's basically saying he's had enough of being nice, it's time to get serious and get ready for the NBA season. This really shows how, even thought he's not the best coach at times, he's matured. He knows how to reach his players and is not beyond benching guys. I hope ALL the Raptor players pick up on this and realize that the season is almost here and the goal is an NBA championship.

Well they shortened our rotation specifically because it would make coaching easier. This roster was built because of Sam's coaching abilities rather than any preference of Colangelo's, so if he can't get players to overachieve and earn playing time he will be fired. There really aren't any more excuses left.
