<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>It is appearing more and more like Robert Horry's days as a Spur are over. Horry, who won two of his seven NBA championships with the Spurs, has said he wants to play a 17th NBA season and would prefer to do it in San Antonio. However, dialogue between Horry and the Spurs has been scant. Unless Horry attracts interest elsewhere, he could be forced to retire, putting an end to his distinguished career as one of the top NBA role players of all-time.</div> San-Antonio Express News
Good, I hate Horry-ble I'll never forget when he checked Nash into the wall - I was sure the Suns would win it that year. Such BS.
lol....with that being said if the Spurs don't resign him, then all I have to say is Thank you for the memories Robert. Horry will always get a pass from me as a rockets fan. Dude could off a family of 5 and have tons of evidence stacked up against him, yet I'd still proclaim that he's innocent....................................yeah that's extreme, but this is THE Robert Horry we're talking about.
He was super-clutch. I would have liked to see more of his games during the prime of his career. But he also did some dirty things, like the Nash fiasco. Probably won't be remembered by them, but they'll still be black smudges on his resume.
If Mutombo could still be playing at age 6 Million, Horry should still be playing for at least another season.
