    Hmmm ... 1988-2008 includes some pretty good runs and I seem to recall the Clippers and Bucks are still NBA franchises to the best of my knowledge.

    Yeah, your right that is even close to the truth. I could see him say maybe the last decade and even that isn't correct but close.

    I think they meant that, for the period of time they underachieved (probably 2002-2005), they underachieved more than any other team in the last 20 years. I'd be tempted to agree.
