I definately think Shaq should retire with the next couple years, he's really not anywhere near the player he was just 2 years ago, it really matters how the Heat do in the playoffs this year though, if he has no chance for another ring, he's accomplished everything he can.
I think Shaq has a season or two of quality basketball left in him. One guy that I think should call it quits is Gary Payton. He is clearly not what he used to be, and I think he is begining to be remember for his recent days rather then his glory days.
Gary Payton should retire but to finish his career he really needs a ring, I think Payton will play as long as his body will let him in order to get a ring.
Too bad he won't get a ring w/ the Heat, not even with Pat Riley as coach.Greg Ostertag, Antonio Davis, Cliff Robinson should think about calling it a career, at least on the court. Antonio would make a great coach or commishener.

Shaq, I think has at least a year or two before he retires.Gary Payton should deffinately retire at the end of this year. And Antonio would be a good coach as SunnyD stated.
Gary Peyton should deffinally retire. He isnt the "Glove" anymore, and his offense is not really that good.Cliff Robinson I dont know about him he is playing good ball right now and still can contribute to his team.Shaq in my opinion still has another 3-5 years left in him.
Not Cliff Robinson, he is like the 31st all time leading scorer and he still produces a lot of points for the Nets. I would say Mutumbo like someone said also Bo Outlaw.
You guys might not agree but Grant Hill. If he could stay injury free the rest of his carrer dont retire. But every other game he is hurt. If he stays like this, I would just call it quits if I was him. I agree with Mutombo retiring, hes been done the last few years.
Dikembe MutomboPenny HardawayCliff RobinsonI'd say that's my top 3 in no order. All 3 of those guys except Dikembe are basically useless but Dikembe is like 39 and he is too slow and old to play anymore. He should just give up. He's had a tremendous career blocking shots and playing defense at Center but you don't want to stretch your career out and make it look tainted.
