    Ellis contract might be voided.

    Thorn wanted this guy a while back. Yeah he is hurt, but they just dont want to pay him the $66 mil.

    If they void it, he may become a unresticted FA. His value will go down and he is only 23.

    The Warriors won't cut him unless he can't play. If they did, other teams would come knocking. The Nets have even spent parts of their MLE already.

    Someone with cap space would sign him if he was released for some reason. Not the Nets.
