Has anyone else noticed how much Scola has struggled this preseason? It's like he forgot how to get the ball in the basket. edit: LOL ... just as I say that, Scola scores 7 points in the third quarter against the Kings.
Heard Yao sprained his ankle, how bad is it? Brooks has an impressive statline tonight. Strawberry didn't and it looked like Von Wafer reverted back to his old self: The Chucker.
completely forgot about the game last night and only caught the 4th quarter. From what I saw Brooks continues to shine, and Von is indeed a chucker, lol. I still think he belongs on the team though.....
He is streaky, which makes him a fun wild card to have. The Lakers had him before and sometimes he would come in and randomly shine, then others he just led to alot of long defensive rebounds for the other team.
Anyone who watched tonight's game can tell me how everyone did? I can only infer so much from a boxscore.

yeah I missed the last game from Thursday night.......I saw Luther come in and play pretty good..............I'm guessing he wants to sure up that spot on the roster, lol................From what I saw Brooks looked good again.....For as much as I've doubted and criticized Brooks, I think he's going to be a really good addition offensively off the bench this season.
He seems like he is playing with more confidence. He is less hesitant on his shot, which maybe a reason as to why its falling in more now. But the question is, can he play at the same level during the season?
Landry looks like he's 85% recovered from the injury...his explosiveness was sorta turned down a few notches...maybe he's just playing it safe since it's the preseason? It'd be a smart move to Give Scola 30 minutes at the 4 spot, And make landry play 5 minutes at the 3 and 18 at the 4...Landry's got the mobility to guard 3's and the strength to bang with the bruisers. As far as the perimeter cats and sharp shooters, Wafer looks to be a lot sharper than I thought. We now have an inside presence aside from Yao (Scola, Landry) that can open up the perimeter for higher percentage looks. This year is NOW or never, we have to make it to the Western Conference Finals to be able to consider this season a moderate success. I'm sick and 4uc%in tired of all the first round exits....it's been since what? 1997 since we advanced....damn, I was still in freaking elementary school...
