Ike was a low risk, high reward type of pick. Before his injury, I heard he was one of the top corners in college football, and some said he was a 1st round pick. Obviously after the injury, things changed. But the Eagles took a gamble on him in the 4th round last year, and I'm hoping it pays off. Apparently he has been working really hard after the draft. He had some attitude problems coming into the draft, but he's been on his best behavior ever since. I hope this works out for him the Eagles, even if he doesn't get back to 100%, he can still be an effective player. I will be keeping an eye on him next season.

He was someone I wanted us to take a flyer on in the draft. But not as early as you guys did. The guy had solid 2nd round draft pick value and could end up being a steal for Philly.

Philly was in a great position to take such a risk and essentially red-shirt him.
