What do you guys think?here is my opinionCharles Barkley-He came so close a few times. He was drafted by the sixers one year after they won, they lost in the east finals his second year,Jordan's Bulls beat them in 6 games in 1993. Elgin Baylor-Why hasnet anybody mentioned him? He had alot of chances but the Celtics refused to lose. And even with Jerry West and Wilt they could not beat the 1970 knicks team. Dave Bing-Underrated as a scorer. Adrian Dantley-The closest he came was the finals against the Lakers. Who remembers game 1 when he had 30 some points ahd shot 14-16 wow. Walt Bellamy-Alot of people forget about him because he played in the same era as Wilt and Russell... but he was a dominating big man Bernard King-I have a bunch of old game clips of him he dominated the game and scored like nomatter what shot he took it would go in. Bob Lanier-He was great at playing through injuries. He reached he conference finals twice? if in not mistaken but fell to the eventual champion 76ers in 83 and the Celtics in his last season Dominique Wilkins- Was a great scorer. in my opinion he was one of the best scorers in league history Nate Thurmond-Career averages of 15 ppg and 15 rpg. great stats. One of only 4 players to achieve a quadruple double. The closest he came to a title was as a rookie in 64 when they made the finals only to be defeated by the ?< not sure someone might want to look it up John Stockton-Definition of a "pure" point guard. All time leader in steals in assists. He came so close to a title several times. Karl Malone-Teamed with one of the greatest point guard of all time but like Stockton he came so close several times but just could not defeat Jordanand the Bulls. George Gervin-He should have made the nba finals but his Spurs team let the Bullets come back from a 3-1 series lead. He never won a title despite some of the great players he played with Mike Mitchell,Artis Gilmore,Johnny Moore, Artis Gilmore-Had one of the best shooting percentages of all time at about 60%. He never won an nba title was was an aba champion with the Kentucky Colonels Pete Maravich- Maravich wasn't the first player to dribble behind his back or make a deft between-the-legs pass. But his playground moves, circus shots, and hotdog passes were considered outrageous during his era. Its a shame he had to die the way he did. I left many guys off the list to get discussion started.

you must have misunderstood what i said. the knicks would've won in '92 and '93 if mj wasn't in the league. they could've won in '94 if starks didn't take that three. i like how most people on this forum enjoy twisting my words around.
Reggie Miller deserved the title the most out of all the players on that list and defintley one of the greatest players not to win a title but can we really argue with John stockton the greatest PG of all time. The passing machine and the unbelieveable team player.Im a little angered that Reggie wasnt in that list balla but i understand since hes not that good in your standards since you consider him one dimensional.I have to say its Stockton. But Reggies atleast a top 5 player to not win a title and number 1 for most deserving. He has done so much for the Pacers its not even funny.
John Stockton - All time assist and steals leader. Enough saidKarl Malone - Overrated, but still an incredible player. Great scorer. Physical.Charles Barkely - 6'5 guy who grabbed 10+ boards a night. He could shoot, drive, post up. The man was great

Worst Defender hands down of alltime. He might as well have sat on the bench during defense, and left the SG position open, and save his energy, then get up again to play offense.Because he never did anything at all on the defensive end, He makes Peja look like Ron Artest.

Not a player who played 1 minute in his entire career, even then you really cant judge his defense after 1 minute.
Sir Charles Barkley. I thought he was one hell of a player and I wish he could have some how went to the Bulls and won a title with MJ instead of going to Houston. I would have took Barkley over Rodman anyday.

He got you 20 a game but he didn't do much else. His scoring numbers are high because he never got hurt and played forever, it's not a bad thing but he was never a superstar.
