Now I am not gonna say the 1990 draft class was the worst ever but it was horrible. They only had one legit nba star and that was Gary Payton. Notable players (I guess you can call them notable ) Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf Gary Payton Derrick Coleman Dennis Scott Kendall Gill Tyrone Hill Jayson Williams Cedric Ceballos the other 7 lottery picks picked along with those 8 mentioned above.there career averages Felton Spencer- 5 ppg 5 rpg Lionel Simmons-13 ppg 6 rpg but only lasted 7 seasons Bo Kimble- 5.5 ppg Willie Burton-10 ppg Rumeal Robinson-7.6 ppg only lasted 6 seasons Alec Kessler-5 ppg lasted 3 seasons Loy Vaught-10 ppg 7 rpg Travis Mays-11 ppg lasted 3 nba seasons
I think that was the worst draft class. Payton was a stud, and Kendall Gill and Derrick Coleman were above average, but the rest of the class was pretty sad. If Payton was drafted a year earlier or later, then it would be horrendous and pitiful.
It's up there but Coleman and Payton give it enough that it's not the worst, Some of the classes of the early 00's are definately up there.
well i gotta agree with you there, the only people besides payton i reconize on that list is because i remember them for being players who never get to play. Terrible draft class. I can't see us getting one like that in the near future.
