Hey guys, I have a very important interview coming up with a CPA firm for a position and it will be my first "big time" interview, so I wanted to know if anyone had any pointers, and general things I should be ready for.
Sometimes interviewers like it if you bring a pen and paper, write things down, then question them on what they've said later.
Plenty of Do's no Don'ts Don't go Naked. Too Smart is better then Too Casual Don't just listen, Interact. Don't insult anyone Don't slouch Don't try to be funny, Doesn't work with 99% of interviewers
get someone to practice interview questions with you and do it several times. You won't stammer/pause or have to think of examples when the time comes. Think of common skills you need to be successful as well as the precise skills needed for the job. look at the job description if there is one, how does your skills match up with it?
