    Since you already broke the rules I gotta say that most of the time you are right but not always.

    When a kid is really young and has consensual sex with an also really young girl, I have heard of this falling under those registering laws.

    I don't have a link but it seems reasonable.

    I mean, killers don't even always get life for crying out loud and some kid has sex with his girlfriend and has to register for life? Not cool.
