It's nice to see someone just say he was wrong about a player and become a fan!

I thought he was overrated in college and I'm still wary, but I want him to kick ass in the NBA.

I want Lopez to be a big-time player so bad!! The Nets need everything to go right if they ever want to be a title contender again.

Hodge comes in for Gill and commits two turnovers leading to two scores. He hasn't a prayer of making the team.

Sixers shooting 50% from the field and 58% from 3. Elite defensive team Nets are not close to.

Wow our perimiter d is awful. Blow by's and open threes will be a common occurence this year. Dooling may be the only defender that can stay in front of his man.

That's worth repeating. 3-point defense is once again horrid. Frank really needs to adjust his philosophy on that, I believe.

Vince's defense has been excellent this preseason. The problem with opponents 3-point% is primarily that Frank favors paint protection at all costs, a philosophy that is not always the best.

I'm freaking pissed the game is not televised. Something tells me when the team in Brooklyn (and if Lebron on the team), this won't happen then.

Oh lordy, Nets are down 12 to the Sixers in which there is no Dalmbert or Miller, and Brand has only played 8 minutes.

    Oh lordy...

That's not correct. I watched that game twice. Most of Allen's 1st half scoring came after CDR subbed for Carter. He scored on Vince a couple of times, but they were fairly well defended plays, one of them a tough fallaway in the lane off a post up that brought the Celtics bench to their feet.

Not including the games vs the Heat, Nets opponents have been putting up these numbers from the 3 point line:

    Game 1 vs Boston: 50 3PT%
    Game 2 vs Boston: 35 3PT%
    Game 1 vs Knicks: 48 3PT%
Game 1 vs Sixers so far: 57 3PT%

    Oh lordy...

Frank may not make it thru the season. I wonder if kiki will step up?

Lopez has only 3 shot attempts. They need to feed him the ball more and see if he can bring it game after game.

It's been a defensive weakness as long as I've watched the team, and I really do think this is one time where the coach bears a good portion of the blame.

I keep saying this if we manage to scrape win 15 games this season, I would consider this season a success.

I agree his d has been better, I guess it just seemed to me like Allen was torching him when I watched but you are probably right.

Gill and Hodge are horrible, we really need Dooling. Devin even with his speed seems to be having trouble keeping guys in front of him. That was a problem with J-Kidd but should never be with Harris. He needs to buckle down.
