    I really hate to pick against the Blazers but I think I heard Nate isn't going to play Oden tonight. Nate wants to rest him before the season opener. I hope he changes his mind and every game Oden plays he seems to get better. I would at least like to see Oden get 20 minutes.

    He's going to "rest him" because we only have 5 days until the opener? That extra one's gonna make that much difference?

    I know doesn't really make sense but that is what Nate said earlier. He said he would rest Oden in the last back to back game for the season opener. Maybe Nate changed his mind now that Oden is playing more minutes and is in better shape but I doubt it though.

    I don't think Nate wants to give Sloan much of a look with Oden in the lineup. The less they see of them the harder it will be for them to game plan against him. Oden will likely play but my guess is 10-15 minutes. Roy will sit, Rudy and LMA will get limited minutes.

    I see no reason to play Greg heavy mins tonight either.. the guy has proven himself ready to dominate the league and you'd hate for anything to happen on a back to back, last game of the preseason.
