Just heard this on ESPN during Sports Center. Sounds like he might have to have Tommy Johns Surgery to repair the ligament in his elbow, which obviously ends this season and could even put next season in jeopardy depending on how fast he recovers.
Well, Brees came back back from a torn labrum better than ever, IIRC. I wouldn't throw the towel in on his career just yet.
