Link About time i guess.Another team not learning from Arsenal and Man Utd's Managers. It takestime to develop a team and really make it yours
lol well like i said. Teams expect immediate rewards and although Ramos won the League cup it obviously wasn't enough for Greedy, Greedy Tottenham
Ramos did an excellent job with Sevilla was there for a couple of years, and brought them to the top of the league, and challenged Real and Barca for the title, and here is Tottenham firing him the next season. Dumb move.
Well, I can see why he was sacked, once a manager (Any manager) loses their players trust it all goes down the gutter from there. Ramos had lost control of his players and had no immediate answer. The thing that I find amusing is, the spurs think they can behave like a massive club, sacking managers if they don't get quick results. I mean the worthless bastards can't even qualify for CL every year, they haven't won a league title in decades and all of a sudden win the Carling cup and think they are worthy of being mentioned in the same breath as the top 4 clubs in england. Biggest Mistakes: Incompetent staff who paid 20Mil for Bent , 16M for Bentley, players who can't score if their life depended on it. Plus they sell their most consistent players during the summer Berba and Keane. They bough pavluchenko who they later found out had the same scoring abilities as Mr. Bent.... Interesting Fact: They now have to pay 15M to Ramos for sacking him and pay another 5Million to Pompey to get Harry as their manager, great bussiness from spurs , pretty much that profit of 32M from Bervatov transfer is gone to thin air. Conclusion: I hope they get relegated, they deserved it, they were digging their own grave along time ago.
Dude, it was not a bad move to sack Ramos. It was the only move they could make. He has been absolutely shit. I, and they don't care how good he was a Sevilla, it is the present achievements that count. He got less points than Derby did this time last season, and they don't look like they are going to improve any time soon. It looks like he has blown his chances of a EPL return, unless there is a forgiving club out there (Newcastle probably will). Oh, and fuck Redknapp.
