    Today the NBA season officially begins and it is time to make some predictions... :devilwink:

    NBA Champs: New Orleans Hornets
    Eastern Conference Champs: Detroit Pistons
    Coach of the Year: Nate McMillan
    Defensive player of the year: Ron Artest
    Rookie of the Year: Michael Beasley
    Most improved player: Devin Harris
    Allstar game MVP: Amare Stoudamire
    Most Valuable player: Chris Paul
    Final's MVP: CP3



    Will the Nets make the playoffs?: Yes.

    Rookie of the Year: Brook Lopez ( i think he has a legitement shot at it)

    Allstar game MVP: Allen Iverson
    Most Valuable player: Kobe Bryant
    Final's MVP: Kobe Bryant

    I don't really like predicting but i think Devin Harris has a legit shot at most improved player.

    I think it is going to be Boston over San Antonio in the Finals. Don't really know who to pick for the individual awards.
