Oh yeah, and Blakes shooting 40% from 3 and scored almost as much as Travis. He must be playing out of his mind, too!

Nate has this issue where he speaks before thinking over what he wants to say.

I think it's perfectly acceptable for him to make heat of the moment comments based on what he's seen tonight. We look like a jittery JV team and the team deserves to be criticized, but the point is, it doesn't matter, we should have known there were going to be nights like this throughout the season ... I just had hoped they'd come a little later on.

What's with this forum's mods and Indian actresses avatars?

I already pointed out that Outlaw has outscored Roy/LMA, has shot much better, and has tied the two of them in rebounding.

Your post was so idiotic, there was nothing to refute other than to point out your obvious bias against Outlaw. Travis had a solid first half. That's what the stats tell me, and that's what my eyes told me.

Rough first half, but we just looked out of sorts. We all know the talent is there, we just have to calm down. Roy didn't become a bad player over the summer. Some of the panic on here is silly.

I'm with you Brian, Outlaw has made some shots so you can't call him bad tonight, but he does represent everything that's wrong with the Blazer offense. Still, with everyone else aside from Rudy playing so poorly, he's hardly the biggest problem.

Lamarcus Aldridge needs to get closer to the basket. He's getting pushed 5 feet out of his comfort zone and it's keeping him out of offensive rebounding opportunities.

Portland's transition defense has been their biggest weakness in this game.

I'd love Travis to prove me wrong. So far, he hasn't. Do you think he played good team D in the first half? Did you think he was crashing the boards? Do you think he was looking for the open man?

I don't ask for much. 4-7 is much better than 0-7. I like that we're 9 points closer b/c of him. But please don't pretend that he's anything more than he is.

I agree and I'm a little disappointed and I don't care what people say. I have faith we will play better and still make the playoffs. It is just disappointed we played so tentative. I hoping we play better in the 2nd half. I do think the Lakers played great defense. I can't remember Roy playing a worse half of basketball.

Oden still in the locker room.
