I got question any Blazer fan who isn't freaking out about now. This whole core, this whole championship contender talk was based around Oden.

The big man who only comes around once in a decade, the franchise player, most hyped about player since Lebron James. He has been injuried more than healthy, how can one not assume the worst with this latest injury.

Oden is still in the locker room and had X-rays 45 minutes ago. That's all anyone knows right now.

 

I'm not freaking out because we'll make the playoffs this year, with or without GO. This is a team built for '10-'11 and beyond.

 

I'm with you, the longer we don't hear, I think the worse it is.

Usually they run those negative reports out right away. If it is broken, they will save that for post game stuff.

Not sure if you heard, but Oden reportedly had an X-ray on his right foot at halftime and still hasn't come out of the locker room.

 

Sam Bowie had the same injury over and over and over and over. Oden's injuries have all been different.
