Have to like the Wiz at -6 tonight, even though I'd love to see an upset. Nets have no one that can guard Caron Butler, who is primed for a career year. Simmons is solid, but he'll get eaten up. It's good that Haywood is out though, he usually plays well against them. Nick Young is coming along, too, he looked good in preseason at least.
Nets have a good shot at winning this game. The wizards are missing Gilbert and dont forget they have no bench whatsoever
They did fine last year without Gilbert. I'm optimistic, but the Wizards are not an easy team to beat. Caron Butler is going to burn us unless someone steps up (looking at you VC).
And im ignoring my genetics test to watch the game as well... its funny how im throwing my life away to watch a bung of millionaires probably play no defense and commit 40 turnovers, but thats why I'm a Nets fan!
I really do hope Frank plays Brooks more then Boone. Brooks should start and if Frank really wants Boone to start he should put him in at 4.
