I mean the Magic have no bench anyway.
Although I do like him, if it wasn't for his last name, I wonder if people would even talk about this kid... He's nothing special, just an athletic swingman. You can find players like him pretty much everywhere. NBDL, Europe, NBA drafts, etc.
I just think it was more messed up they kept him until the last minute. They knew they had 15 contracts, why get the kids hopes up. He could have signed with Europe and be in the euroleague right now.
