This demonstrates how ridiculous Nate's lineups are. It's not like we don't have REAL centers. We don't need to rely on a PF to play C, or a SF to play PF. Fuckin' retarded.
Meh, we don't match up well with the Suns. This is a game that called for Oden's inside game and Webs' defense and three point threat to spread the floor. They're on their way down, so we won't have to get bitchslapped by them forever, but right now we don't have an answer for them.
This game was only on Comcast I believe since I couldn't find on DirecTV. I'm kinda glad I didn't see it. What is up with Phoenix getting twice as many free throws as us?!
Damn, tlong, it was on NBA TV and it wasn't blacked out. I wish someone would have posted that fact. As for them getting twice as many FTs, they were the more agressive team. It wasn't favoritism, it wasn't vet calls. We were flatfooted and it showed in the FTs.
Pretty inexcusable of Nate to wait until there was only 2 minutes left in the game to bring Rudy back in. Was Steve Blake really that necessary? Fucking boggles my mind this guy.
Looked to me like the Blazers were getting tired in the last quarter. It is very difficult to play such active defense on the road after a travel day and having played last night. Without ore big guy to match Shack. g
As usual, Nate left ineffective starters in to be humiliated when he had fresh horses on the bench. Clueless.
Sorry, man. I read on another board that DirectTV didn't black it out. I have NBALP on Comcast here in Denver.
3 games is a bit early to draw conclusions, but it sure seems as if our team still hasn't learned how to win on the road. It wouldn't surprise me if we wound up like last season, with a huge home/road split. And no, you can't blame that entirely on Nate. It's one of the potential problems of having a young team.
I have comcast and nba tv wasnt blacked out while they were doing the pregame to the game so i assume it played all the way through no problems
I have Directv and NBA TV and I didn't see a pregame show. I just saw the previous game on NBA TV. At about 7:03pm I still got a signal and thought it wasn't going to be black out, but once it transfered from the previous game it was blacked out.
Exactly. The disparity in free throw attempts and rebounds can easily be explained by exhaustion. I felt like Nate tried to play the second unit more once he saw how successful they were in the first half, but even they couldn't hold back the Suns.
No one can stick their man 1v1. Amare abused Aldridge tonight. Blake keeps on proving why he is backup material. I also didn't like the lineup combinations.
