Ok, I have not been able to sleep in like a month and a half, and I'm so tired. My body is starting to shut down now and I'm really starting to feel the exhaustion. Does anyone know of any good sleeping meds that have limited side effects?
I've only used Sonata, which I've used on flights. I'm getting ambien next week for a long flight to asia. Lunesta is another one used......I think ambien is habit forming, the other two may not be...at least as much
You beat me to it. One time, I had two screwdrivers and topped it off with a shot of nyquil. Slept for like 14 hours.
Oxytocin and Prolactin. They're non addictive and are natural chemicals. You can make them yourself. barfo
A glass a scotch and a good girlie magazine does the trick. I've used melatonin and it gives me some bizarre dreams. Sometimes it helps puts me out, but I will wake up a lot during the night. Try a Clonazapan(sp). Not as addictive as Xanax and doesn't dope you up. Lorazapam another non habit forming, but don't drink on it. You will either get in a fight or sleep with a fat chick.
Doesn't do the trick for me. The supplements that I take make me stay up even later than I regularly would.
Xericx, I'm curious about your avatar. Is that Obama flipping the bird to McCain? I've heard he did this once before, during the primaries, to Hillary Clinton. Know anything about it, or where I could view that video? Anyway, a real class act, that Obama.
Fuck the over the counter stuff. Call your doctor and get a prescription for trazedone or something like that.
