What you mean the DVR that you have to set the recording window, rather than just choose the event and hit "record". I could not believe that when my buddy told me he had to set the recording window rather than just tell it what to record.
Well Well Well my friend, welcome to the big show! First of all I just made the jump to direct and it only cost me $99 bucks for the additional DVR. SO you obviously have no idea what you are talking about. About my father-in-law firing your wife (He owns the Acropolis) she was horrible up on the pole anyway! She was the only stripper that would accept food stamps, so she had to go! By the way, what does EWT stand for...........OH, how 'bout Estacada White Trash?
Attention everybody, this cat EWT is a good friend of mine. I would like it if all of you would treat him with the same amount of respect and loyalty that you show me. Thank you very much.-HCP
It's a good litmus test for me... if a chick "gets" the humor, then I've got a chance. If she doesn't? Then I'm out of luck. Thank you. I was extremely bored at work one February day and put 'em up on MySpace, to wide acclaim (mainly from my buddies, but some women have complimented them, as well). Ed O.
Yes HCP now that the wife was let go from the place that serves the best steak in town I was thinking about starting a business, maybe you could offer some advice on the advantages of the Toro 22 personal pace mower over the Homelite 20 inch cordless electric? http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs...27106&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053&langId=-1 Thanks and I appreciate the love, tell the wife I should be over there around 10pm or so tomorrow night, the kids are usually in bed by then if I remember correctly. Let me know!
seems it is too late now, but comcast with a dual tuner hd tivo is what i use, and it rocks. only one tuner records in hd at a time, but i dont usually have competing hd programming on where one feed is unacceptable in regular def. if i had cablecards i could get around this though
Tivo software? I have heard that Comcast is rolling it out in limited cities. Where are you located and how did you get it?
I'm probably a dvr noob, but i think comcast's is fine. I don't need 30 hours of recorded content and the 2 cable box tuner comesi n handy
You can purchase a tivo unit seperately to use with comcast and pay tivo a fee. I was assuming this is what he's using.
The Comcast DVR I had is ridiculously slow, crashes every once in a while after locking up, has a horrific search functionality, doesn't seem to recognize about 15% of the buttons I push on my remote (even if I keep it pointing the same way). It's just crap in comparison to the Tivo I had, and the Tivo is almost a decade older. Pathetic. Ed O.
Tivo software on Comcast provided equipt is available in limited areas. Purchasing a tivo unit is expensive, and the tivo service is expensive.
