Episode 4 blog from Ken, some more great insight to training techniques Junie obviously needs some counseling to get help with some obvious issues, even bitching about the training going on which should be considered the chance of a lifetime.

And that right there will be the downfall of Junie on this show, unwilling to be coached or tutored by the great coach's he has in front of him. Hahn right here knows what he is talking about, and with someone that has the athletic ability and explosiveness of Junie, coaching like this can take him places. He is never going to be as good as he thinks he will be, if he doesn't start learning to be coached.

The video training tips are pretty cool. To be honest I havent been really reading this blog, mainly bader's but I think i'll keep up with this one too.
