There. NY gets Harrington, SA gets Curry, and Warriors gets... a dude with no picture. I can dream, can't I?

The thing is that if it's 3 way trade, I don't know how SA will make any type of package for us, considering we trade Harrington to NY, and NY trade Curry to SA. Without trading any of their significant talent, the best 'package' I could come up with is...

    http://games.espn.go.com/nba/featur...6~3438~2805~866&teams=18~24~9~9~9~9&te=&cash=

No way we would accept that package, simply because we have to waive 3 players to accept it. At this point, involving SA for the trade seems impossible, because their biggest 'tradable' contract is Bowen with 4 mils.

For Warriors and NY involving Lee and Harrington, it's much simpler. Warriors can give Harrington and Hendrix for Lee and any of James, Rose (both expiring contract), Q Rich (2 years), Crawford and Jeffery (3 years). Obviously, NY would try to send Jeffery, and we would want James or Rose...

Would you guys be interested in getting PG(s) like Duhon or Nate Robinson? Nate Robinson is having a fantastic season, so far, even if it is only four games. Duhon is a pretty solid PG.

Lee yes. Curry no. Crawford absolutely not. Spurs do not have anything that the W's need. Bobcats may be in the mix but not sure I want Felton or Wallace. Felton has an expiring contract. Wallace is a good player but he just duplicates what is already on the roster.

Its got to be either Hinrich or Lee.

I'm not even sure about Lee. Yes, he would be the best PF on the Warriors roster but he has pretty much no more uspide and he would lake those minutes from Wright. I would rather get a backup PF and a one year rental PG. I'd be stoked if a 3 way deal could be worked out where we end up with Rose and Felton/Foye/Lowry.

I can't imagine San Antonio wanting anything to do with Eddy Curry, unless they're also getting an unprotected 1st round pick from NY or GSW. The situation with Harrington is getting ugly and Nellie might have to resort to treating him the NY has dealth with Marbury or even better the way the Bulls told Tim Thomas to sit at home and stay away from anything having to do with the team.

Donnie Walsh always liked Harrington, but he didn't like him enough to keep him around the two times he's had him.

There's talk out of Charlotte they're looking to move Gerald Wallace. I think he'd be outstanding for the Warriors and shore up their perimeter defense.

Maybe they can broker a deal with Harrington heading to Charlotte for Wallace and spare parts?

Another article said the Bobcats want Eddy Curry and move Okafor to PF under Larry Brown. Brown has had success with Curry.

So the deal could be AL to Knicks, Curry to Bobs and Wallace to the Warriors.

What the heck are we going to do with Wallace? Not that Wallace is bad, but another SF earning something like 8-12 million per year over the next at least 4 years (player option for 5th)? So either he or Maggette will be earning in the $10M range sitting on the bench, that just makes zero sense to me. That's why we brought Azubuike back, and I'm very happy with that decision. I'd rather eat the remainder of Harrington's contract than trade for the sake of making a trade and hamstringing us financially for years while not filling a need.

yeah, plus correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't outside shooting, free throw shooting, or any kind of shooting one of the biggest issues with our perimeter players right now? If we incorporate more inside scoring from our bigger players, it means the outside guys have to space the floor a lot better or drive the lane when there's an opening and try to get fouled and then make the foul shots! Plus, it seems the midrange game is lost with this team. We need a Calbert Cheaney or Monta Ellis/Mags back to milk the midrange game. The only midrange guy we have is Sjax but he's primary ballhandler in most cases. And CJ Watson is injured. Nobody else shoots midrange shots with accuracy or consistency. A guy could score like Melo if they just master the midrange game and apply the same to the free throw line. We got midrange marksmen but they all injured or not being put in that role to take that shot.
