Maybe we can do a package deal and get Felton along with him?

If we don't have Maggette, I would be very happy to hear that. But, now with Maggette, can we really take 5 years 55+ mils contract? He is basically Maggette ver. 2; Strong, good rebounder, knows how to draw foul, not so much range, injury prone, and almost identical contracts. If he is here, he will be used PF, and that will stump Wright and Randolph's development as well. If we get Wallace, we should immidiately trade either him or Maggette, and that won't be an easy task due to their contract size...

Agree with Kwan. Plus, we have Azubuike who is playing well right now. We're overloaded at the SG and SF positions.

The Warriors should focus more on offloading Harrington's contract more than getting a good player because it seems most good players have pretty hefty contracts and I think that's the wrong move for the Warriors, especially with the young guys developing.

It might even be better just to buy-out Harrington's contract rather than take on a long-term one of a player we don't have a need for.

This doesn't make sense because we got Mags. I rather have AL's expiring than take on Wallace's contract.

It could be a 3-way. It rules out Chicago because they already have Luol Deng, but maybe it's a wake up call for New York or another team to make its move.

Gerald Wallace has moonlighted at PF before. He'd be perfect for the Warriors IMO because he attacks from the wing, runs well, defends, and doesn't need plays called for him to get points. The only downside to his game is poor FT%, but that fits right in with the Warriors.

Maggette can be moved to the bench.

I like Wallace but I don't like having a contract as large as Maggette's on the bench (although I agree he is best suited for a 6 man role). How about a 3 way trade where Wallace goes to Portland, Al goes to Charlotte, and Blake, Outlaw/Frye and 1st round pick (top ten protected this year) go to GS?

Portland becomes even more stacked but I think this gives us a short term solution at PG, Outlaw can play backup PF and is a capable scorer. Hopefully the Blazer just miss the playoffs and the W's get an extra pick in the 11-13 range.
