College Football Week 11 (2008)

Iowa holds Penn State to a FG attempt in the red zone. It's now 16-7.

 

Iowa is driving. Stanzi with two solid, back-to-back throws.

 

Iowa with a man wide open in the end zone and Stanzi hits him. We've got a ball game, 16-14.

 

Iowa forces Penn State to punt. Let's see if they can put together another solid drive.

 

Iowa fumbles the snap and gives the ball right back to PSU. Unbelievable.

 

Derrick Williams lines up in the backfield and scores. Penn State up 23-13.

 

Iowa forces another punt and they get great field position. They need to score here.

 

Alabama scores; now up 21-14 on LSU.

 

Iowa inside the 10. Seven points here would be huge.

 

Shonn Greene finds the endzone. It's now again a 2 point game.

Greene is shaken up, though. Hope he's okay.

 

Iowa gets a HUGE stop on 3rd and 1! Wow. All the momentum is going the Hawkeyes way.

 

Ahhhhhh, then they get caught roughing the kicker. They're shooting themselves in the foot.

 

And Iowa intercepts Clark's pass! Wow, what a game.

 

Iowa is within FG range now. This is one of the better games I've seen this year.

 

I have to give Stanzi A LOT of credit. Some of his throws in the second half have been phenomenal.

 

Penn State trying to ice Murray.

And it doesn't work! Murray makes it! WOWOWOWOWOW!

It's over! Down goes Penn State! Wow, what a game.

 

Bama and LSU tied at 21 with less than 7 minutes to go.

 

Wow. LSU blocks Bama's FG attempt. Some great games today.

Headed to OT in the Bayou.

 

Alabama won in OT. It was a crappy game on their part, and the fact they still won tells you something.

Boston College just missed a FG against Notre Dame.
