I think its time to scrap the Bobby Simmons experiment and go with Yi as the 3 and let najera or anderson start. This is the perfect team to do so...

We need some more production from our 3 than what Simmons has given us.

    VC for 50!

He needs more help if the Nets want any chance of winning, hopefully he gets some and he plays excellent himself.

I think if you've been calling for Frank to be fired since the middle of last season that you can safely begin calling for him to be fired now...

I'm tired of people telling me that I have to wait and see how all the new faces work together before blaming Frank...we've changed the roster a lot of the past couple of seasons...probably will over the next couple of seasons as well...this seems to be an ideology that will lead us to keeping Frank indefinately.

I mean where in history has Frank ever seemed to be a "great" coach?

He only has coached for 6 years. Most great coaches have at least 15 years of experience

    Re: Gamethread #5 11/10/08 Nets @ Heat

Yeah I wanted Frank fired last season, and I felt he wasn't the right guy to motivate and lead our team. Now we have a different team, a team that isn't supposed to win many games. It's a team that's losing by doing things you'd expect out of rookies.

So yes, I think you have to re-evaluate if Frank is the right coach for this new team, and I think it's too soon to be conclusive. I mean yeah I like to hate on Frank but there's a lot of people on this board who like to be retards about it.

I think you're confusing "great" and "legendary"

    Phil Jackson for example..."Legendary"

I actually typed and then erased "expect for his first season when he had Jkidd, Kenyon, RJ and Kittles."
He did well there but honestly that was a great team at a time when the Eastern Conference was extremely weak...therefore I don't count that.

When he has a great team, you can't count his victories. When he has a shitty team, he can be counted for his losses.

    uh, wtf yo?

more for just that season...a Matt Millen could've coached that team to 46 wins.
