    it is a pretty ridiculous one. It's just a matter of if some other team will top it money wise (which I doubt, but you never know) or go for a longer deal.

    This ain't Andruw Jones we're talking about. Its Manny, how do you know the Dodgers are not going to win a World Series with Manny? Did you see the future? We were close this year and if we keep Manny and sign some good players we just might be back next year. Especially since the division is so weak. We have a bunch of young guys that got great experience last year Loney, Kemp, billingsley, Martin and Kershaw. It ain't money down that toilet like Andruw and Schmidt so take your head of your ass and think before you say something.

    Yup, I don't see any reason the Dodgers couldn't, at least, get to the WS next year, with Manny.
