Little late on this one guys. That Atlanta starting five is my best guess, I know Josh Smith is out but don't know who's replacing him, and I don't have access to a TV at the moment.

    Celtics won the game.

If it wasn't for that stupid loss to Indiana we'd be 9-0 right now.

I don't want to be a sore loser, but I feel we really should have won this one.

It waz a lucky shot by Pierce for one, and the refs practically gave y'all the game by calling a foul every 15 seconds, and putting are key players in foul trouble.

Ya'll were lucky as well with 12+ threes in the game. (I'm sure it was 14 of them)

Good game though, and can't wait for the next one.

Exactly, it was much better and more exciting than the Oden versus Miami game. ESPN has a love fest going on for Oden, it was breaking news all day that he was going to play. BIG DEAL!!!

I don't know that there was too much luck going on. Generally, the Hawks will hit some shots, although Marvin Williams is freaking me out at this point (he's not that good a shooter, is he?). As for Pierce's contribution, the man just got out of a slump, and is living it up again. The offense outside of the three main contributors was absolutely lacking (on the C's side of things), and the defense didn't look as intense as it did two night ago. Obviously, facing all these playoff teams now is a boon for the C's (KG said as much after the match), but I would like to see them show equal parts intensity and intelligence, as so far they've looked as if the two are mutually exclusive. Eddie House needs lessons on how to pass the damn ball, and Ray Allen is a magician (here one second, gone the next). Perk continues to delight me, but Horford showed why he was such a good pick.

I think these Hawks looked so much better than they did last year in the playoffs, kudos to the ownership for keeping Woodson around.

I only got to see the last 1:01. I don't understand why the Hawks left so much time on the clock, but I was glad they did. When Pierce got the ball, I knew he was going to score.

Saw most of the 4th, excellent finish. Even when Williams hit the three for Atlanta to go up 102-101, I still wasn't worried, for some reason. I'm now sold on the Hawks.

Oh, and that Miami/Portland wasn't that bad actually. Not as close as this one but a worthy national TV game.
