Re: Random Thought Thread (NSFW) I'm the market for a new TV. My family is currently looking at 40 inch LCD's. Will the difference between 60Hz and 120Hz screen refresh rates be significant on that size of a screen? I know the difference is more noticeable the larger the screen, but at that size, is it worth it to go with 120Hz? Since I'll obviously be watching sports on it whenever I'm home, I'm concerned that some artifacts will be left behind with the 60Hz. (And yes, I will go out and look at some in person to see for myself; just thought I'd ask first.)
